[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of decision-making on inclusion and exclusion of land parcels from urban areas and authorized types of land tenure. Regional Government can reject the proposal of inclusion of land parcels in urban land areas in case of lack of authorization by local government due to negative environmental impact by projected economic activities on land parcel proposed for inclusion to urban areas”.
