[摘要] This Decree amends concessions for production, transmission and supply of electric energy. Amendments establish the unintended contractual exposure of the distributors in the spot market from buying energy from existing projects conducted in December 2013. ANEEL agency will ratify the monthly amount of CDE funds to be transferred by the Central Electric Brasileiras SA - Eletrobras.
