[摘要] This Act establishes and regulates the Sustainable Energy Development Authority and the Sustainable Energy Advisory Council. The principal objectives of the Authority are: (a) to bring about a reduction in the levels of greenhouse gas emissions and other adverse by-products of the production and use of energy, and (b) to facilitate the development, commercialisation, promotion and use of sustainable energy technology.
