[摘要] This Decree establishes the General Authority for Rural Electricity which aims to implement the rural electrification policy by supplying the electric energy to the rural areas; to channel available funds towards acceptable projects and act as a project regulator for the supervision and monitoring of Rural Electrification Policy Statement.
