Regional Law No. 95-OZ “On water charges for management of waterbodies”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that water charges shall be applicable to industrial and agricultural enterprises. Water charges shall be applicable to water abstracted for technical needs from surface water and groundwater sources, and also to discharged effluent waste water. Water abstraction by industrial enterprises shall be subject to mandatory licensing and in case of water abstraction without licence water charges shall be raised fivefold.
