Tonga Electric Power Board (Amendment) Act 2003 (No. 23 of 2003).

[摘要] This Act amends the Tonga Electric Power Board Act in section 3 by: (a) deleting from the marginal note the following words “to generate electricity”; and (b) inserting after the word “generate” appearing in the section, a comma and the following words “transmit, supply and distribute”. Section 3 grants powers to the Board to issue licences to generate electricity.
