Wajir County Climate Change Fund Act, 2016 (No. 3 of 2016).

[摘要] This Act establishes the Wajir Climate Change Fund, which shall be used to fund Climate Change projects, programs and activities provided for in the Climate Finance Framework established under this Act. The Act provides with the administration of the Fund and requires the Executive Member in charge of finance to publish a Climate Finance Framework for the County every two years. The Climate Finance Frameworks shall be developed through a consultative process spearheaded by the Steering Committee
