Law No. 307-V “On outer space activity”.

[摘要] This Law sets forth legal, organizational and economic grounds for activities in the outer space aimed at obtaining scientific research and ecological information. It imposes compliance with ecological requirements and ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, and protection of human health in the process of performance of exploration of the outer space. The scope of exploration of outer space shall be to conduct environmental monitoring and distant zoning of the Earth.
