Ministerial Decree No. 285 validating the Regulation on Federal Industrial Agency.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Industrial Agency shall be federal executive body regulating the sphere of biotechnology, chemical and petrochemical industry, forest and timber industry. The Agency shall carry out the following functions: (a) conclusion of state research contracts; (b) state registration of hazardous industrial sites; and (c) official registration of radioactive materials, including radioactive waste.
