Decree No. 249 of 2008 amending two Decrees in relation with the enactment of additional rules for the transportation of harmful substances by ships and the supervisions of observance of the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems On Ships and regarding the entry into force of some provisions.

[摘要] This Decree amends the Decree containing rules relative to prevention of pollution by ships in relation with the power of the Minister to enact additional rules regarding the transportation of oil and other harmful substances.
