[摘要] These Regulations prescribe rules for navigation and other activities of vessels in harbours. The 54 regulations are divided into 5 Parts: arrivals of vessels (regs. 3-4); Control, Mooring, etc. of vessels after arrival (regs. 5-25); Pilots, apprentices and lighthouses (regs. 26-50); Surveys, etc. (regs. 51-52); legal and other procedures (regs. 53-45).
