[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1970, 3621). In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act is incumbent upon the Saxon State Directorate. This Office is responsible for planning, authorizing, hearing and effect expropriations. The text consists of 2 articles.
