[摘要] This Decree-Law is composed of six Chapters divided in 38 articles and three annexes. It rules on the integrated pollution prevention and control of certain substances, setting also measures to avoid or, eventually, reduce emissions of those activities to air, water or ground, including prevention of noise control and waste production.
