Petroleum Act (Cap. 165).

[摘要] This Act provides rules for the handling (including landing by ship) and storage of petroleum, i.e. any kind of mineral oil, and any oil product or by product made or obtained from petroleum, asphalt, coal, shale schist, peat or lignite, or made from any petroliferous or bituminous substance. The Minister may provide a place or places for the storage of petroleum. Regulations may be prescribed for the use and management of such place(s).
