Petroleum Act (No. XXX of 1934).

[摘要] This Act grants powers to the Federal Government to issue rules relative to the importation, transport and storage of petroleum and for purposes of introducing the requirement of a licence for such activities. Petroleum shall not be produced, refined or blended in accordance with rules made under this Act. The occupier of any premises in which petroleum is kept in contravention of any Rules made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence.
