[摘要] This Decree validates the Regulation on exchange of ecological information between the National environmental monitoring system and the system of monitoring and forecast of natural and technological disasters, establishing the scope, the goals, the modalities, regime, time period and format of exchange of information, and also the composition and the contents of ecological information subject to exchange between the aforesaid systems.
