[摘要] These Regulations implement provisions of the Antiquities, Monuments and Museum Act, 1998, in relation with the National Register of Historic Resources and (an application for) a permit under section 6 of the Act to carry out works near a monument (including felling of trees) and (an application for) the grant of a licence under section 13 of the Act (relating to excavation).
