Law No. 3134-VI amending Law No. 575/97-VR “On electric energy”.

[摘要] Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: «In case of supply of electric energy which quality is not conformed to quality standards as specified in electric energy supply contract due to action or inaction of supplier, the latter shall be liable to paying fine amounting to 25 percent of supplied energy cost.»
