Joint Official Letter No. 2-12/65-1571 of 1993 of the Ministry for environmental protection and natural resources and of the National Agency for International Co-operation and Development regarding the state ecological expertise of the enterprises with foreign investment.

[摘要] The Ministry and the National Agency specify that prior to the setting up and registration of the enterprises with foreign investment which activity is connected to large-scale construction or reconstruction that could produce a negative impact on environment, the state ecological expertise must be carried out. Financing and realization of the project must be carried out only in the presence of the positive resolution of the state ecological expertise.
