Pipelines Regulations 2007.

[摘要] These Regulations implement the Pipelines Act 2005 by providing for the reporting of safety and environmental incidents in relation to pipeline operations; prescribing standards for the construction and operation of pipelines; prescribing matters to be contained in Safety Management Plans; prescribing matters to be contained in Environment Management Plans; and by prescribing various forms, fees and procedures authorized by the Act.
