[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of 8 articles, creates the Protecting System to the Brazilian Nuclear Programme (SIPRON). This Protecting System aims to guaranteeing the integrated planning, coordinating joint activities and its continuous implementation in order to comply with the safety needs and requirements of the Brazilian Nuclear Programme, its personnel, its population and Brazilian environment.
