[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 7.347 on Public Civil Action, including for the institutional tasks the protection of honour and dignity of racial, ethnic and religious groups. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings to prevent damage to the environment, the human health, to the urban order or the property and rights of artistic, aesthetic, historical, natural and cultural heritage.
