National Disaster Management (Compensation Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014).
[摘要] This Act amends the National Disaster Management Act in section 32 relative to request to the government for assistance by any person who has sustained any loss or damage from a disaster. It also repeals section 33 on outstanding claims.
