[摘要] The present Regulation is made under the Utilities Commission Act. In particular, the Regulation lists projects and corporations, such as, for example, the ”Arrow Lakes Generating Station”, “Brilliant Project” and the Columbia Power Corporation, which shall be exempt from Part 3 (Regulation of Public Utilities) and section 71 (Energy Supply Contracts) of the afore-mentioned Act.
