Act amending the Energy Tax Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Energy Tax Act of 5 July 2006. In particular, the Act amends article 26 dealing with tax exemption for self-consumption; article 28 on Tax exemption for gaseous energy products; article 53 concerning Tax exemption for electricity generation; article 53a on Control relief for the coupled generation of force and heat.
