Regulation on the environment impact assessment (Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation).

[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance of 19 October 1988. The environmental impact assessment is aimed at ascertaining whether a project complies with the federal and cantonal provisions. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: competent authority, proceedings, valuation of the environmental assessment report, information of the public, repeal and entry into force.
