[摘要] This Act, consisting of five Parts, establishes the Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia (SEDA). This statutory body formed under this Act aims to administer and manage the implementation of the feed-in tariff mechanism which is mandated under the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725]. The vision of this Act is to promote the deployment of sustainable energy measures as part of the solutions towards achieving energy security and autonomy.
