[摘要] This Letter of Instruction establishes that specific restrictions of economic activities on the territory of state biosphere reserves shall be imposed exclusively in accordance with the validated individual regulation on a specific biosphere reserve. The possibility of use of conservation areas of state biosphere reserves shall be established and granted by the regional executive bodies.
