Decree No. 23 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on proclamation of some springs hydrological nature monuments.

[摘要] This Decree proclaims listed springs located in the province of Minsk national hydrological nature monuments transferring them under management of local government. It recognizes water conservation zones around springs and establishes protection regime.
