Decree No. 2/78 ratifying the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes.

[摘要] This Decree ratifies the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter. It consists of 22 articles and 3 annexes approving the text of the aforementioned Convention signed in London in 1972. The Decree specifies provisions for allowing or prohibiting toxic, radioactive and other substances and kind of hazardous wastes into the sea.
