Heritage Fund Act, 2001.

[摘要] This Act provides for the acquisition of objects of cultural heritage and establishes the Heritage Fund for this purpose. The Act also requires a Council of National Cultural Institutions to be established. The Minister may accept a gift of land or other property at the conditions of this Act and may sell or otherwise dispose of any land or other property accepted as a gift under this Act.
