[摘要] This Order establishes noise emission and other acoustic emissions standards of artificial origin on the territory of state nature reserves. Noise measurement shall be carried out in accordance with state noise measurement standards. It classifies noises as permanent and temporary and establishes maximum allowable noise limits. Annexes contain the list and types of maximum allowable noise limits.
