Regional Law No. 27-OZ amending Regional Law No. 3-II-OZ “On protection of the population against environmental and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The person in charge of the mitigation of the consequences of emergency situations and natural and technological disasters shall direct incident response activities of local government and specialized agencies”.
