[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 11 articles, regulates the State Environmental Council of Pará (COEMA/PA). COEMA/PA is a consultative, deliberative and normative body, part of the State System of Environment and Water Resources (SISEMA) and linked to the Secretariat of State for the Environment and Sustainability of Pará (SEMAS/PA).
