Regulation amending the Regulation on environmental impact assessment.

[摘要] This Regulation amends Annex 2 'Projects to which the selection-qualification will be applied' of the Regulation on environmental impact assessment by appending a new clause, Clause 48 at the end. The appended Clause covers provisions on mine searching activities.
