Ministerial Decree No. 559 validating the Regulation on calculation of environmental fees for environmental pollution.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that environmental fees shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons conducting production and economic activities on the national territory. Environmental fees shall be collected for: (a) emissions to the atmosphere from stationary and non-stationary sources; (b) effluent waste water discharge; and (c) waste disposal. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formula.
