[摘要] The present Regulations are made under the National Energy Board Act (RSC 1985, c. N-7). In particular, the Regulations lay down procedures for applying for and issuing licences and orders relating to gas other than propane, butanes and ethane, and oil. The text consists of 29 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: General (I); Gas (II); Oil (III). Three Schedules are enclosed.
