[摘要] This Order applies to the municipal council's action plans for managing water supply, afforesting, improvement of water quality in large lakes, streams, estuaries and coastal waters. These plans are referred to as the local Natura2000 Blueprint or "Blueprint". The municipal Blueprint does not include decisions taken in relation to landowners when implementing such plans.
