Regional Act No. 43 on Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] By enacting the present Regional Act the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region, in compliance with the provisions laid down in Directive 85/337/EEC, regulates the environmental impact assessment to be carried out with respect to the projects and plans defined under article 5. The assessment shall focus on the impact that the project in question may have on human beings, fauna, flora, soil, water, air, climate and landscape.
