Ordinance relating to the enforcement of the Federal Act on pipelines systems.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 4 October 1963 on installations for the transport of liquid fuels. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the tasks that are assigned by the federal government through the pipeline legislation to the cantons, including the control and approval procedures for the construction and operation of pipeline systems being under the supervision of the Canton. The text consists of 11 articles.
