[摘要] This Royal Decree provides for the establishment of the Cambodian National Petroleum Authority responsible for managing the development of the petroleum industry in Cambodia and for facilitating petroleum exploration and petroleum resources development on overall petroleum business operation activities including exploration, exploitation, assessment, production, processing, transportation, storage, export and import, marketing and refinery.
