Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (Jersey) Order, 1987.

[摘要] This Order declares that Part II (including Schedules 2 to 4) and Part IV of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 of Great Britain shall extend to Jersey with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order. Part II of the Act provides rules for deposit of substances and articles in the sea or under the sea-bed and for the incineration of substances or articles on a vessel or marine structure and requires a licence to be obtained for such activities.
