Regional Law No. 174-Z amending Regional Law No. 45-Z "On environmental security".

[摘要] Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Regional executive bodies in the sphere of ensuring environmental security shall performe environmental impact assessment by accumulated environmental damage and organization of work for mitigation of the consequences thereof except for cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation".
