[摘要] This Joint Decree establishes the modalities of determination of the degree of hazardousness of industrial waste and hazardousness class of hazardous waste in cases when the degree of hazardousness and hazardousness class are not specified in waste classifier. It shall be applicable to ecotoxicity, toxicity, explosiveness, fire hazards, reacting capacity and infectivity of waste.
