[摘要] This Regional Decree validates Model regulations on regional state biosphere reserves, nature monuments and the form of preservation order related to nature monuments. Nature monuments of regional significance shall be considered unique natural objects and complexes that are valuable from ecological, scientific, historical and cultural, aesthetic, educational point of view, of natural and artificial origin that need particular protection by the state.
