Law on civil population protection and civil protection in the Canton Base-Landschaft.

[摘要] The present Law regulates the organization and competences, as well as tasks and financing of the Canton Basel-Landschaft in the field of population protection and civil protection. Articles 2 to 4 contain respectively the definition of the term “disaster”, “emergency situations” and “severe emergencies“. The text consists of 42 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Population protection (2); Civil protection (3); Final provisions (4).
