[摘要] These Regulations make provision with respect to Environmental Experts and establish the Environmental Export Committee. The Regulations provide for the certification and registration of Environmental Experts and contain rules relative to the practice and discipline of Environmental Experts and define functions, powers and internal organization of the Committee.
