[摘要] These Regulations, consisting of 13 sections divided into six Parts and completed by one Schedule, regulate the emission that may contain pollutants and that may cause or increase pollution of the environment, such as: Emission of Smoke from Heaters, Fireplaces, Barbecues, etc.; Solid Fuels Burnt in Heaters, Fireplaces, Barbecues, etc.; Wastes or Fuels Burnt in Open or in Incinerators on Land. Schedule 1 specifies Environmental Infringement Notices.
