[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 3 articles, approves the Statute of the Centre for Research of Marine and Coastal areas (CEPAM). This Statute establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the aforementioned institution entitled to carry out scientific research in the field of marine and coastal management and preserve their ecosystem.
