Hydro Electricity Charges (O. Reg. 106/95).

[摘要] The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to hydro electricity charges. Section 2 establishes that the holder of a water power lease shall pay to the Crown a hydro-electricity charge for each calendar year covered in whole or in part by the term of the lease.
